Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications

Role: Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications at IDEAYA Biosciences, leading the development and execution of IR and corporate communications strategies during company growth. Responsibilities: build and scale the IR and communications functions, develop messaging aligned with corporate milestones, manage investor and media relations, prepare materials for earnings and strategic events, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Board. Requirements: 15+ years in investor relations, corporate communications, or related roles in biotech/pharma, with experience supporting publicly traded companies, capital markets, and clinical or oncology expertise preferred. HighValue: focus on precision medicine oncology, clinical-stage to commercial transition, investor engagement, ESG, biological therapeutics, and regulatory compliance. Collaboration: partner with executive teams, cross-functional departments, and external agencies; report to CFO; onsite in South San Francisco with collaboration needs. Skills: strategic thinker, strong communication, relationship-building, organizational and leadership skills, experience in high-growth biotech environments, and familiarity with biotech drug development, clinical milestones, and capital markets.
