Role: Vice President, Internal Audit, building and leading the global internal audit function for a late-stage clinical oncology biopharma developing RAS-targeted therapies. Responsibilities: establish audit charter and framework, develop risk-based audit plans, assess and strengthen internal controls, collaborate with legal, compliance, finance, and other functions, and leverage technology like data analytics and AI to improve audit quality. Act as trusted advisor to senior management and report directly to the Audit Committee of the Board. Requirements: 15+ years of audit experience, including at least 5 years in a public life sciences or pharma company; CPA or CIA certification; prior experience in launching or restructuring internal audit functions in rapidly growing or transitioning biopharma organizations.
