Role: Vice President, Head of Medical Affairs, Neuroscience, leading US medical strategy and operations across multiple assets, indications, and phases, including marketed products and ongoing Phase IV studies. Responsibilities: oversee US medical team, align US and global strategies, support business development and asset lifecycle management, manage Phase IIIb/IV studies, and collaborate on evidence dissemination, publications, and external relationships with healthcare professionals and advocacy groups. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and review communication materials. Lead cross-functional teams across Medical, R&D, and Commercial functions, and liaise with global teams to influence asset development and lifecycle planning. Requirements: 12+ years pharma experience, including 5+ within Medical Affairs focused on Neuroscience, with at least 3 years in the US market; deep expertise in neurology, toxin development, regulatory standards, and clinical trial design; advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, etc.); proven leadership in cross-functional medical teams; strong scientific communication skills; knowledge of North American and global regulatory, reimbursement, and clinical development processes. HighValue: Neuroscience, neurology indications (spasticity, migraine), toxin development, Phase IIIb/IV clinical studies, HEOR expertise, and experience working with top-tier scientific experts. Collaboration: cross-functionally with global and US teams, external healthcare professionals, and advocacy groups. WorkSetup: travel approximately 35%, based in the US.
