Role Summary

Vice President, Global Product Team Leader, Breast Cancer. BeOne seeks experienced professionals who are motivated, collaborative, and focused on fighting cancer. Accountable for asset strategy from concept through global launch and lifecycle management, leading the Global Product Team to execute a global strategy across the assetโ€šร„รดs life cycle from early development to post-marketing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the molecule integrated strategy throughout the product lifecycle to maximize value for BeOne Medicines and the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Global Product Team, ensuring appropriate resourcing and line of sight across functions to deliver the program vision and strategy.
  • Advocate for the asset at the enterprise level in alignment with business priorities.
  • Embed cross-functional strategic input in clinical development plans and regulatory strategy, including trial design, endpoints, comparators, TPP, and regulatory pathways for commercial success and global market access.
  • Act as a role model and ambassador for stakeholder engagement, communicating the science story and differentiation of the molecule.
  • Collaborate with GPT to develop and deliver the product TPP with key internal stakeholders.
  • Lead integrated product development and commercialization plans aligned with business objectives and differentiated from competition.
  • Communicate development strategy at governance meetings to secure funding and endorsement.
  • Hold self and team accountable for governance-approved business cases in collaboration with the global commercial franchise leader and functional management.
  • Effectively manage and mitigate risk, communicating risk and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
  • Work with global and regional commercial teams to implement robust commercial strategies and plans; define LCM investment options and make recommendations to maximize portfolio value.
  • Provide leadership support to multidisciplinary sub-teams feeding into the GPT and product strategy.
  • Partner with Global Program Manager to translate goals into actionable plans, execute within guardrails, manage risks/issues, and drive team effectiveness.
  • Maintain high team effectiveness through collaboration, influence, coaching, and mentoring of cross-functional members.
  • Partner with other GPTs to develop disease area or franchise-wide strategies and maximize synergies with BeOne assets.
  • Collaborate with Investor Relations and Corporate Communications to manage external messages for analysts in collaboration with the clinical development lead.
  • Work with Business Development and other functions in discussions with external partners to maximize lifecycle opportunities.
  • Ensure Governance and Compliance and protect BeOne's Rights, Data, and Intellectual Property.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead effectively in a global, cross-functional matrix organization; adaptable to diverse cultures.
  • Clinical research expertise in Oncology with a preference for Breast Cancer.
  • Experience in drug development and global commercialization across the product lifecycle.
  • Business acumen with a track record in driving innovation to global commercialization; ability to identify unmet market needs and develop winning product strategies.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities; capable of influencing senior leadership.
  • Experience with global regulatory submissions and interactions with major health authorities; NDA/BLA experience strongly desired.
  • Excellent communication across multiple levels of the organization.

Education

  • Advanced degree with 10+ years in drug development, product strategy, and global commercialization, leading cross-functional teams.
