Role: Vice President, Global Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), leading RevMed’s worldwide EHS strategy to ensure safety, compliance, and risk management across research, labs, offices, and international operations. Responsibilities: define enterprise EHS vision and policies, oversee global expansion safety, develop programs for diverse workforce needs, integrate risk into business planning, maintain regulatory compliance, advise executive leadership and the Board, build and lead a global EHS organization, establish performance metrics, manage incident response, oversee operational safety, and develop ESG data governance and sustainability programs. Requirements: BS/BA in environmental sciences, engineering, or related fields; 18+ years of progressively responsible EHS experience with significant global pharmaceutical industry leadership; 10+ years in people management; deep knowledge of U.S. OSHA/EPA regulations and international frameworks; experience supporting research, clinical, commercial, and supply chain operations; strong communication, risk management, and strategic planning skills. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees, professional certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH), experience with ISO 45001/14001, ESG frameworks, GHG inventory development, and multilingual capabilities. High-Value: global pharma operations, research labs, clinical and commercial field teams, regulatory compliance, ESG data and climate risk management, international expansion, and safety governance. Work setup: onsite at Redwood City, CA; travel expected for global site assessments and stakeholder engagement.
