Role: Vice President of Global Commercial Development, focusing on managing and expanding Revolution Medicines' international commercialization partnerships for oncology therapies targeting RAS mutations. Responsibilities include developing and executing global partner strategies, overseeing partner governance and operational performance, negotiating commercialization agreements, and ensuring launch readiness across markets. The role involves building and leading a high-performing team, coordinating cross-functional activities with Supply Chain, Marketing, Medical, Legal, and Finance, and establishing performance metrics and continuous improvement processes. Up to 50% travel with significant time zone flexibility required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 15+ years of biopharmaceutical leadership, extensive experience managing international partners, launching oncology products, and negotiating licensing and distribution agreements. Preferred: oncology commercialization expertise, legal background, biotech/pharma startup experience, knowledge of distribution, GDP, ERP, and quality systems. The position is based in Redwood City, CA, with a competitive salary range of $294K-$367K, inclusive of equity, benefits, and growth opportunities.
