Role Summary

Vice President, Global Commercial Insights & Business Analytics. Build and lead BeOne’s enterprise Insights & Analytics (I&A) capability to enable data-first decision-making across the global portfolio. Stand up and scale a center of excellence spanning forecasting, primary/secondary research, performance analytics, competitive intelligence, digital/omnichannel analytics, and advanced analytics, partnering with the BeOne program to unlock governed data and modern platforms. Reports to the SVP, Global Commercial Strategy & Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the global I&A strategy, operating model, and roadmap; evolve ways of working as the pipeline advances and markets expand.
  • Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team (internal and partner/vendor) delivering actionable insights to executive, therapy-area, and country teams.
  • Support Global Commercial & Medical Leadership Team (GCMLT) leaders on commercial analytics to drive performance.
  • Establish an enterprise I&A strategy with clear direction for forecasting, market research, commercial/performance analytics, competitive intelligence, digital strategy and advanced analytics.
  • Define governance, standards, and KPI frameworks; champion data quality, privacy, and compliant use of real-world and patient-level data.
  • Lead robust global forecasting (in-line): demand models, scenario planning, sensitivity analyses, and support pipeline handovers.
  • Build best-in-class market research capability generating deep HCP, patient, and customer insights to shape brand strategy and measurement.
  • Stand up performance analytics and executive reporting—storytelling to ELT with clear drivers, risks, and recommendations.
  • Establish proactive competitive intelligence to monitor market dynamics, competitor signals, and disruptive innovation.
  • Lead the development and execution of the enterprise content management strategy, aligning systems, workflows, and governance models across global teams to ensure consistent, scalable and compliant digital content operations.
  • Support digital strategy and digital analytics in partnership with Marketing, Medical, and Corporation Communications.
  • Manage corporate website operations, including WordPress migrations, ensuring platform stability, accessibility, and alignment with brand and digital strategy standards.
  • Lead and own SEO and SEM strategy and execution across digital properties and marketing campaigns.
  • Drive advanced analytics (e.g., predictive modeling, patient finding, optimization) to inform marketing strategy, HCP/DTC promotion, and medical affairs.
  • Partner on field strategy and infrastructure: sizing & structure, targeting/account prioritization, territory design, and incentive compensation.
  • Provide sub-national insights and dashboards that are simple, timely, and action-oriented.
  • Build the team: assess capabilities, close gaps, and develop talent; clarify workplans, accountabilities, and success metrics.
  • Partner with Global Technology/BeOne to translate business needs into scalable data, platforms, and self-service tools.
  • Manage budgets and vendor ecosystem; reduce redundancy and cycle times while improving quality and impact.
  • Collaborate across Medical, Market Access, Finance, Corporate Communications, and regional/country leadership to align on strategies, KPIs, and evidence needs.
  • Represent BeOne externally as an operations/analytics thought leader at appropriate forums and conferences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 years of pharmaceutical industry marketing or related experience (including sales, finance, forecasting, market research, etc.).
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 5 years' experience as a senior operations and/or analytics leader in Oncology.
  • Experience designing and building out a commercial function.
  • Biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace launch experience required.
  • Global and/or international experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams and have the managerial courage to make and stand by difficult decisions.
  • Highly skilled in influencing cross-functional teams, including interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders and with scientific and commercial teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including ability to synthesize data and deliver a clear overview of commercial strategy, opportunity and risks for the Executive Team.
  • Record of attracting and developing strong analytic talent; proven ability to grow and develop others.
  • Ability to travel 25%.
