Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

Role: Vice President, FP&A at Travere Therapeutics, leading strategic financial planning and analysis to support growth in the rare disease biopharma sector. Responsibilities: oversee enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance reporting; advise executive leadership on financial strategy, capital allocation, and investment priorities; lead M&A financial evaluation and integration; develop advanced financial models and analytical tools; partner cross-functionally with R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing, and other departments; and drive finance transformation initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA, CFA, or similar preferred; 15+ years of progressive finance leadership within biotech/pharma; proven experience in enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and strategic investments; strong understanding of R&D economics, clinical development, and portfolio management; experience supporting business development and capital markets; ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
