Role: Vice President of Finance for Labcorp's West Division, overseeing financial strategy and performance in a $1B+ diagnostics business. Responsibilities: lead divisional FP&A, P&L management, and strategic planning; drive profitability, cost efficiency, and capital allocation; evaluate M&A opportunities; support operational and commercial growth strategies; develop high-performing finance teams; leverage data analytics and AI tools to improve financial outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience supporting large, complex, regulated healthcare or diagnostics businesses; 10+ years in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management; 5+ years in regulated industries.
