Vice President, Finance (West Division, Diagnostics Segment)

Role: Serve as Vice President of Finance for Labcorp's West Division (> $1B revenue), acting as a senior strategic partner to divisional leadership. Responsibilities: lead financial performance management, including P&L ownership, profitability analysis, and operational efficiency; drive strategic planning, forecasting, and analytics modernization; evaluate acquisitions and oversee capital investments; ensure financial compliance and governance; develop and lead a high-performing finance team; leverage data, analytics, and AI tools to enhance financial outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; 15+ years progressive finance leadership, with 10+ years in FP&A, budgeting, and P&L management within regulated industries, preferably healthcare or diagnostics; strong experience in financial planning, performance improvement, and strategic partnering. Preferred: MBA, CPA, CMA certifications; deep expertise in healthcare finance, data analytics, and AI-enabled tools.
