Vice President, Finance (North Central Division, Diagnostics Segment)

Role: Senior financial executive (Vice President of Finance) overseeing the North Central Division (> $1B revenue) in diagnostics, supporting strategic planning, performance management, and growth initiatives. Responsibilities: lead P&L management, drive profitability and operational efficiency, shape divisional strategy through partnership with operations and commercial leaders, oversee financial planning, forecasting, and analytics, and evaluate mergers and acquisitions. Also responsible for capital allocation, governance, and team leadership, with a focus on leveraging data, analytics, and AI tools to improve financial outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; 15+ years of progressive finance leadership in large, complex, regulated industries such as healthcare or diagnostics; 10+ years in FP&A, P&L management, and strategic planning; 5+ years within regulated sectors. Preferred: MBA, CPA, CMA certifications; deep experience with finance automation, AI-enabled tools, and performance improvement.
