Vice President, Finance (North Central Division, Diagnostics Segment)

Role: Vice President of Finance for Labcorp's North Central Division, overseeing financial strategy, performance, and growth in a regulated healthcare environment. Responsibilities: lead divisional financial planning, manage P&L performance including revenue and margins, drive operational efficiency, evaluate M&A opportunities, optimize capital allocation, and strengthen financial governance. Partner closely with operations and commercial teams to influence strategic decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; 15+ years in progressive finance leadership supporting complex, regulated sectors; extensive FP&A, P&L management, and strategic planning experience (≥10 years); proven track record of performance improvement. Preferred: MBA, CPA, CMA certifications; deep healthcare or diagnostics industry expertise; experience leveraging data, analytics, and AI tools.
