Vice President, Enterprise Insights & Analytics

Role: Vice President, Enterprise Insights & Analytics Capability at Takeda, responsible for establishing and scaling global data, analytics, and AI functions to enable data-driven decision making and operational excellence. Responsibilities: develop strategy, governance, operating models, and talent frameworks; lead and develop a distributed international team across Bengaluru, Łódź, and Mexico City; foster innovation, enterprise standards, and value realization; partner with business, digital, and data leaders to advance analytics, AI, and automation; promote responsible AI practices and enterprise analytics assets; oversee resource prioritization, performance measurement, and talent development. Requirements: Bachelor's in Data Science, Analytics, or related; 15+ years in analytics, data, or AI; 10+ years in executive leadership managing large global teams; proven experience scaling enterprise analytics in regulated industries such as life sciences, healthcare, or biotech; strong stakeholder influence, enterprise transformation, and governance expertise.
