Position Summary
- Help the organization scale, evolve, and execute as the company grows through organizational effectiveness, enterprise evolution, strategic initiative execution, governance, and operating effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive/senior leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and enterprise performance.
- Build cross-functional partnerships (Technology, Program Management, People Success, etc.) to align priorities and drive strategic initiatives.
- Identify organizational inefficiencies and facilitate cross-functional problem-solving.
- Navigate growth and increasing complexity by aligning around enterprise priorities.
- Reinforce culture/values and ensure cultural alignment through growth and change.
- Support leaders with governance, operating practices, and decision-making processes.
- Maintain an external perspective on industry/workforce trends and emerging technologies (including AI) to strengthen execution.
- Lead/support high-priority cross-functional initiatives; establish governance/operating rhythms/accountability and success measures.
- Lead change management for major business initiatives; assess readiness/adoption risks; partner with People Success on talent and org development.
- Facilitate governance/process reviews to improve decision-making and cross-functional ways of working.
- Work with digital innovation/strategy to utilize technology resources to facilitate growth.
- (As applicable) Support due diligence and integration for acquisitions/partnerships/licensing; plan and execute integrations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs required; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years leadership experience in biotech/pharma/healthcare/consulting/business operations/organizational effectiveness/transformation.
- Proven success leading large-scale enterprise transformations and governance/operating model changes.
- Ability to influence and align cross-functionally without direct authority.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and execution.

- Competitive compensation (base pay + short-term incentive + long-term incentive/stock). Target base pay range: $285,000β$385,000.
