Role: Vice President, Corporate Controller, leading all accounting operations during Celldex's transition from biotech development to a commercial organization. Responsibilities: oversee financial close, internal controls, technical and revenue accounting, inventory, and compliance; support product launches, scale accounting systems, and ensure SOX 404 compliance; lead accounting for clinical R&D activities, M&A, collaborations, and licensing; build scalable processes for manufacturing and supply chain; develop a high-performing finance team; partner across functions to implement systems supporting revenue management, gross-to-net, inventory, and reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA, 15+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including 8+ years in leadership and public company SEC reporting; biopharma experience, including product launch support, and expertise in SOX and internal controls.
