Vice President, Corporate Communications

Role: Vice President of Global Communications & Public Relations, leading Alcon's worldwide strategic communication efforts. Responsibilities: develop and execute comprehensive strategies across corporate, executive, product, media, internal, and investor communications; shape corporate narrative; manage reputation and issues; support product launches and innovation messaging; oversee crisis management; and lead global teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field; 15+ years in corporate communications, with proven success in enterprise strategy, media relations, reputation management, and executive engagement, preferably within healthcare or regulated industries. Preferred: experience in medical technology, pharmaceuticals, or investor relations; global team leadership; advanced degree.
