Vice President, Compliance

Responsibilities:
- Build and continuously enhance a healthcare compliance program (policies/procedures, training/communications, auditing/monitoring, investigations, corrective actions, ongoing risk assessment).
- Establish strong “tone from the top” with executive leadership and Board; embed compliance into operations and culture.
- Drive the Compliance Committee and compliance reporting to the Board and Audit Committee.
- Advise commercial/medical and other functions to ensure launch activities comply with legal, regulatory, and industry requirements.
- Build compliance operations (transparency reporting, fair market value processes, grants/sponsorship review, third-party due diligence, conflict-of-interest processes, investigations, monitoring).
- Lead compliance investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Develop compliance training and communications strategy.
- Conduct ongoing compliance risk assessments and evaluate compliance culture effectiveness.
- Partner with Deputy General Counsel to execute/evolve Enterprise Risk Management.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing compliance organization.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; JD, Master’s, and/or CCEP or comparable certification strongly preferred.
- 12+ years healthcare compliance experience (biotech/pharma/medical device/life sciences) with demonstrated program design/implementation/enhancement.
- Experience supporting U.S. pharmaceutical product launches preferred.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills; problem-solving; ability to thrive in fast pace.
- Strong project management; communication/presentation; discretion/confidentiality.
- Commitment to ethics and values-based leadership.
- Travel ~15–20%.

Compensation:
- Estimated pay range: $298,000–$335,000 USD.
