Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Lead and project-manage GTN Innovation initiatives end-to-end (close-acceleration projects, data pipeline build-outs, system integrations) across accounting close and annual budget/planning cycles.
- Partner with Anaplan: own roadmap, prioritize enhancements; coordinate configuration/support with Anaplan COE, vendors, and IT.
- Lead automation and process redesign to support monthly GTN insights and Close.
- Lead US GTN Legal Entity Acceleration Program (LEAP) agenda and transition to a new close/consolidation system.
- Integrate reporting tools to enable real-time GTN dashboards for close, projections, and budget cycles.
- Evaluate and pilot new technologies (AI/data analytics, automation tools, Claud).
- Partner with Market Access, US Brand Finance, MAx, and CASA on design/adoption of automated processes.
- Maintain/update internal controls for gross-to-net; support internal/external audits and annual SOX with Business Controls.
- Support Close/Projection (e.g., accrual reviews, variance analysis, dashboard reporting) during peak periods.
- Represent GTN US Commercial Finance across enterprise automation initiatives; communicate status/insights to leadership.
- Coordinate Innovation-pillar contributions (build-out, parallel-run validation, enhancements, integration testing).

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or related field (CPA or Master of Accounting preferred).
- 7+ years in finance/accounting/information systems.
- Strong accounting/GTN understanding; familiarity with USA Pharma/healthcare.
- Analytical, project management; lead multi-workstream technology initiatives.
- Interpersonal/communication; influence across a matrix.
- Working knowledge: SAP, Anaplan, Hyperion/OneStream, Power BI; strong Excel.
