Vice President, Commercial Finance

Role: Lead and build Celldex’s Commercial Finance organization to support first product launch and future growth in the biopharma sector. Responsibilities: serve as the senior Finance partner to Commercial leadership, developing strategies, processes, systems, and team capabilities for financial planning, revenue forecasting, gross-to-net analytics, pricing, contracting, and government pricing. Lead financial analysis for launch readiness, commercial performance, and cross-functional strategic decision-making, partnering with Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Supply Chain, and Legal. Develop scalable frameworks supporting indications, products, and pipeline expansion. Qualifications: bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related; 15+ years in biotech/pharma finance, with significant leadership experience and product launch support. Deep expertise in Commercial FP&A, revenue and GTN forecasting, pricing, contracting, and government pricing programs. Preferred: advanced degrees (MBA, CPA), experience with specialty distribution models and physician-administered products. High-value: supporting a biotech transitioning to commercial stage, with responsibilities spanning revenue management, strategic planning, and cross-functional partnership; based onsite in Hampton, NJ.
