Vice President, Commercial Counsel

Role: Vice President, Commercial Counsel supporting NewAmsterdam Pharma's first product launch, obicetrapib, focusing on commercial legal strategies. Responsibilities: advise on market access, payer engagement, contracting, trade, distribution, and patient support programs; support launch readiness, legal review of promotional materials, and commercial agreements; partner across functions including Commercial, Medical Affairs, Finance, and Compliance; develop scalable legal processes and templates. Requirements: JD from an accredited law school, admitted to at least one U.S. state bar; 10+ years legal experience in pharma/biotech, with expertise in market access, trade/distribution, patient programs, and commercial arrangements; familiarity with HCP engagement, promotional review, healthcare regulation.
