Vice President Clinical Operations

Role: Serve as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Ray Therapeutics, overseeing global clinical trial execution and operational strategy for gene therapy programs targeting retinal degenerations, including retinitis pigmentosa. Responsibilities: develop and manage study timelines, budgets, CRO oversight, and resource allocation; lead cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, CMC, Finance); ensure GCP/ICH compliance; guide SOP development; and lead workforce planning and team development. Requirements: Bachelor's in a scientific discipline; 15+ years in clinical operations with at least 5 in biotech; proven leadership in early and late-stage clinical development, particularly in gene therapy or ophthalmology; extensive CRO management and GCP knowledge; strong communication skills.
