Principal Manager, Clinical Operations Lead

Role: Principal Manager, Clinical Operations Lead overseeing US regional clinical trials in cancer immunotherapy, supporting late-phase oncology programs with a focus on PRAME-targeted therapies, including cell and gene therapy modalities. Responsibilities: lead trial execution from start-up to completion, manage CRO/vendor relationships, provide leadership to Clinical Trial Managers and associates, ensure quality, compliance, and timelines, and drive operational process improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Safety, Biometrics, Supply Chain, and external partners, contribute to SOPs, and mentor team members. Requirements: Bachelor’s in life sciences or nursing; 7+ years of global clinical operations leadership in biopharma, with experience in late-phase oncology, cell/gene therapy preferred. Skills: vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, risk mitigation, operational excellence, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
