Manager, Clinical Pharmacology

Role: Lead clinical pharmacology expert supporting a late-stage immuno-oncology program within Pfizer Oncology. Main objectives include designing and guiding clinical trials to optimize dosing strategies, analyzing pharmacokinetic data, and contributing to regulatory documentation. Responsibilities involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (clinicians, statisticians, translational scientists), developing clinical protocols, and integrating pharmacology insights into study designs. Requirements include a PhD, PharmD (1+ years), or MS (3+ years) with demonstrated expertise in quantitative clinical pharmacology using tools like NONMEM, R, SAS, or WinBUGS; effective communication skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in immuno-oncology, regenerative medicine, or biologics in late-stage development (Phases 2-3). The role involves some business travel, with a focus on supporting the clinical pharmacology function in a team of approximately 35 scientists.
