Vice President, Associate General Counsel

Role: Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Infectious Disease Franchise, providing legal counsel on drug development, commercialization, and regulatory compliance at Invivyd. Responsibilities: advise executive leadership and cross-functional teams on FDA and global regulations, including promotion, medical, market access, and patient engagement; review materials, support product launch activities, manage external counsel, and lead legal aspects of investigations. Requirements: Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school, licensed in at least one U.S. state, with 10+ years of legal experience in pharma/biopharma supporting regulatory and commercialization functions, including product launch and compliance. HighValue: extensive expertise in FDA law, drug promotion, label compliance, scientific exchange, market access, and drug safety; experience supporting regulatory affairs and product launches; knowledge of industry enforcement landscape; leadership and personnel management skills.
