Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, RayzeBio

Role: Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at RayzeBio, leading the legal function within a biotech focused on radiopharmaceuticals for oncology. Responsibilities: advise the executive team on legal risks, oversee legal support for supply chain, clinical trials, regulatory compliance, and commercialization; negotiate and draft contracts including clinical trial agreements, licensing, vendor, and partnership agreements; collaborate with BMS Law Department on IP, data privacy, and GxP issues; and foster relationships across the organization. Requirements: Juris Doctorate from a U.S. accredited institution; 15+ years of post-J.D. experience, ideally within life sciences or top-tier law firms; proven experience in negotiating complex business development and licensing agreements; experience advising senior management and boards; strong leadership, strategic thinking, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. High-Value: biotech/pharma legal leadership, radiopharmaceuticals, oncology (neuroendocrine tumors, HCC, RCC, prostate cancer), regulatory compliance, GxP, clinical trial support, collaboration with BMS.
