Vice President, AI Enablement

Role: Vice President, Head of AI Center of Excellence, responsible for leading Genmab’s enterprise AI strategy and execution across research, development, commercial, and corporate functions. Responsibilities: define and implement AI strategy, oversee AI governance and partnerships, prioritize high-value AI initiatives, scale AI solutions from experiment to deployment, build reusable AI platforms and tools, and ensure responsible AI standards. Qualifications: 15+ years in AI, data science, or digital transformation, with leadership experience and success in scaling AI capabilities; advanced scientific or technical degree preferred; deep knowledge of generative AI, foundation models, ML, and data platforms; experience in regulated industries like biotech or pharma essential.
