Role Summary
Vertex Spring Co-op 2026, Project Management โรรฎ 6-month experiential co-op focusing on project management within the Project Management and Strategy Operations organization supporting Commercial Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Opportunity to work on process optimization projects, learn from industry leaders, and launch a career in project management.
Responsibilities
- Define problems, gather requirements, measure and analyze processes, and implement improvement projects to support process optimization efforts.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program related to Project Management, Supply Chain Management, MBA, or business-related field.
- Interested in pursuing a career in project management.
- Experience using project management software (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, LucidChart, Business Optix, MS Visio is a plus).
- Foundational understanding of supply chain concepts and project management discipline.
- Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented with accuracy and timeliness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to exchange information cross-functionally.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States; Vertex does not sponsor internships or entry-level roles in this part of the organization.
- Must be enrolled in an advanced degree program if graduating before June 2026.
- Must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week from January โรรฌ June 2026.
