Position Summary:
This position is for a Veeva CRM administrator & Development with strong hands-on technical administration, UIX, and development experience in Vault CRM using Java and JavaScript.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize Veeva CRM modules (Account Management, Call Reporting, Key Message Alignment, Sample Management, etc.).
- Provide hands-on technical administration and development experience with Salesforce.com Service/Sales Cloud (security models, profiles, objects, pages, Veeva MyInsights, components, workflows, triggers, flows, permission sets, reports/dashboards, data loader).
- Develop custom UI components/extensions using JavaScript (Veeva CRM JS configuration layer; Lightning components where applicable).
- Build reusable code/libraries for global harmonization and future reuse.
- Coordinate with testing; review, track, and fix defects/performance issues.
- Coordinate with IT partners and multiple stakeholders; manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for global harmonization.
- Demonstrate and document solution outcomes; create Knowledge Base Docs, SOPs, solutions, and guidelines.
- Maintain standard documentation (SDD, configuration tracker, deployment checklists, change requests, testing, ITQM, SIS/SIP).
- Use CI/CD with Agile delivery; follow SDLC best practices and consistent architecture/configuration management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology field.
- 1 year total IT experience in software development, administration, and support.
- Experience with SDLC methodologies, testing standards/guidelines, and cloud/native applications.
- Experience with Java or Salesforce.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and strong written/communication skills.
