Role Responsibilities
- Drive sales in assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives.
- Engage with customers face-to-face and virtually.
- Develop and implement business/territory call plans and live/virtual engagement strategies.
- Build rapport and maintain customer engagement using digital tools.
- Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Apply approved product and disease-state knowledge and patient resources.
- Demonstrate market knowledge and uncover barriers/drivers across channels (Public Health, Private Market, Retail, etc.).
- Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional teams (Field Medical, Account Management) to address inquiries and advance objectives.
- Complete administrative requirements (e.g., customer call entry, expense submission, responses to requests).

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Or: 2+ years relevant experience in Professional Sales/Promotional Activity, Small Business Owner/Entrepreneurial/Marketing/Customer Service/Account Management, Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT/OT), Educator roles, or full-time Military experience.
- Or: Associate’s degree + 6+ years experience; or HS diploma + 8+ years experience.
- Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory.
- Valid US driver’s license and compliant driving record; DUI/DWI/impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales or medical-related marketing.
- Vaccines therapeutic area/product experience.
- Knowledge of territory customers/markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations).
- Reside within territory boundaries.
