Vaccines Specialist, Health and Science Professional - Irving, TX

Role Responsibilities:
- Drive sales in assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives.
- Engage with customers face-to-face and virtually.
- Develop and implement business/territory call plans; identify live/virtual engagement strategies.
- Build and maintain customer relationships in live and virtual settings using digital tools.
- Leverage internal reports/analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Use compliant product and disease-state knowledge with approved resources.
- Demonstrate market knowledge; uncover barriers and drivers across business channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Field Medical, Account Management) to address inquiries and advance objectives.
- Complete administrative requirements on time (calls, expenses, requests from leadership).
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; or associate’s degree with 6+ years; or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years.
- 2+ years experience in: Professional Sales/Promotional Activity; small business/entrepreneurial, marketing, customer service, and/or account management; relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, pharmacist, PT/OT); educator; or full-time military experience.
- Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license; no DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales or medical-related marketing.
- Track record of sales/marketing success; strong territory management, communication, teamwork, leadership, accountability.
- Vaccines therapeutic area/products experience; knowledge of territory customers/markets; reside within territory.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Base salary: $76,000–$199,600.
- Training classified as salary non-exempt (overtime eligible), then overtime exempt.
- Additional quarterly Sales Incentive bonus.
- 401(k) with matching + additional retirement contribution; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; paid caregiver/parental and medical leave; medical/dental/vision coverage.
