Vaccines Health and Science Professional (HSP) promotes a Vaccines portfolio across customers and channels, with regular live in-field customer engagement plus virtual engagements. Launches new products; develops strategies to manage business relationships; secures formulary access; drives product promotion in assigned geography; responsible for sales and relationship development with customers/accounts, including Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Role Responsibilities:
- Drive sales in assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives.
- Engage with customers face to face and virtually.
- Create and execute business/territory call plans; implement live/virtual engagement strategies.
- Build and maintain customer rapport in live/virtual settings; use digital tools to sustain engagement.
- Use internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Apply product and disease-state knowledge using approved, clinically oriented resources.
- Demonstrate market knowledge; identify barriers/drivers across relevant channels (Public Health, Private Market, Retail, etc.).
- Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional colleagues (e.g., Field Medical, Account Management) to address inquiries and advance objectives.
- Complete administrative requirements on time (e.g., entering calls, submitting expenses, responding to leadership/partner requests).

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- OR 2+ years experience (or Associate’s degree + 6+ years; or HS diploma/equivalent + 8+ years) in: Professional Sales/Promotional Activity; small business owner/entrepreneurial, marketing, customer service and/or account management; relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT/OT); educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal); full-time military experience.
- Must live within 25 miles of the territory border.
- Valid US driver’s license; no DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation in past 7 years.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales and/or medical-related marketing.
- Proven sales/marketing success; strong territory management; communications; teamwork/leadership/accountability.
- Vaccines therapeutic area/product experience.
- Knowledge of posted territory customers/markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations).
- Reside within territory boundaries.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Base salary range: $76,000–$199,600; quarterly Sales Incentive bonus; overtime status during initial new-hire sales training.
