Vaccination Services & Equipment Specialist - Fort Smith, AR

Role: VSE Technician responsible for poultry hatchery field services, including equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer training on Ceva vaccination and automation systems. Objectives: ensure proper vaccine handling, equipment performance, and customer support to optimize hatchery operations. Responsibilities: install and support vaccination equipment, perform routine validation and maintenance, deliver training, manage inventory, and support vaccine delivery while adhering to safety and compliance standards. Additionally, conduct C.H.I.C.K Program evaluations and certifications, including third-party assessments, and participate in customer meetings. Requirements: 2+ years poultry industry experience, technical or 4-year degree, and specialized training (liquid nitrogen, safety, certification programs). High-Value: poultry hatchery focus, vaccine handling, automation equipment (Desvac Duo, IM vaccinators, Ecat-iD), C.H.I.C.K Program, 80% travel, physically able to lift 50 lbs, work in hatchery environments with travel up to 80%+.
