Phlebotomy Site Coordinator

Role: Phlebotomy Site Coordinator responsible for overseeing Patient Service Centers, managing operations, ensuring compliance, and performing blood collection and specimen processing. Responsibilities include monitoring patient flow, addressing customer service issues, maintaining inventory, and reporting performance metrics; also involves administrative duties and site travel as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience; preferred 3+ years’ experience and leadership exposure. Skills: strong customer service, communication, independent and team work, reliability, and the ability to pass color blindness testing. High-Value: focus on phlebotomy, specimen collection for diverse tests (drug screens, paternity, alcohol), working in a clinical laboratory setting. Work setup: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm, rotating weekends; travel to additional sites possible.
