USCAN West Region and Care Alliance Finance Leader

Role: Senior financial partner supporting West Region leadership for a $4B+ portfolio in GE HealthCare, focusing on driving profitable growth, commercial strategy, and financial performance. Responsibilities: advise on pricing, contracts, strategic deals, and resource allocation; lead financial analysis and approval for key accounts, including Top 200 clients and Care Alliance partnerships; support business planning, deal structuring, and operational rigor in collections and working capital management; deliver insights for decision-making and ensure compliance with policies. Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related; 10+ years experience in finance, FP&A, or related roles, or 8+ years with GE HealthCare's Financial Management Program. High-Value: extensive experience supporting sales and large accounts, expertise in pricing, deal structuring, contract evaluation, financial modeling, and margin optimization; strong stakeholder management and influence skills; familiarity with GE HealthCare processes and systems.
