Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy, design, development, and launch of complex Salesforce Life Sciences CRM products (hybrid hub and vendor-supported workflows).
- Translate USBU business strategy into digital product roadmaps aligned with DD&T priorities, enterprise architecture, data standards, and operating model.
- Own product vision, roadmap, priorities, scope, requirements, acceptance criteria, expected outcomes, and value measures with stakeholders and cross-functional DD&T teams.
- Support prioritization/planning by evaluating trade-offs, dependencies, risks, timelines, and business impact.
- Manage stakeholder expectations on priorities, timelines, constraints, decisions, and value realization.
- Lead and guide Product Owners to coordinate work aligned to shared product/platform/business objectives.
- Drive Agile Release Train activities (planning, delivery alignment, demos, inspect-and-adapt).
- Define KPIs/value measures and partner across teams to deliver measurable value and meet governance/architecture/data/delivery standards.
- Identify portfolio synergies and opportunities to reduce duplication and improve scalability; explore trends/emerging tech for proof-of-concepts.
Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโs degree in business/IT or related (advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years product management experience in pharma/biotech.
- Leadership in complex matrix environments; globally distributed team management.
- SAFe experience and hands-on Jira use.
- Advanced Salesforce Health Cloud/Life Sciences and Salesforce object automation knowledge.
- Strong communication; strategic thinking; U.S. pharma market experience.
- Travel up to 15% (domestic/international).

Compensation & Benefits (as stated):
- U.S. base salary range: $154,400.00โ$242,550.00
