USAC Apps IT Portfolio Manager

Role: Application Portfolio Manager overseeing the USAC Applications IT portfolio, focusing on lifecycle management, technical debt reduction, and service cost understanding. Responsibilities include planning, directing multiple IT activities, setting strategic and operational plans, managing application health, and leading improvement projects. The role involves stakeholder communication across technical and business teams, project prioritization, and team supervision. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years in IT or Supply Chain in public, private, or military sectors; or a High School diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include 5 years of supervisory, manufacturing, and software portfolio management experience, with demonstrated leadership, communication, and project management skills. High-Value: IT application lifecycle management, portfolio oversight, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, experience in manufacturing environments, and managing diverse applications leveraging different technologies. Work Setup: On-site in Maplewood, MN or USAC Manufacturing Location with minimal travel (~5% domestic). Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
