US Scientific Communications Senior Director

Role: Senior Director, US Scientific Communications, responsible for setting and executing the strategic vision for US scientific content development, medical information, and promotional review, aligned with broader US Medical Excellence objectives. Responsibilities: lead content strategy, transform operating models to enhance efficiency and quality, integrate AI and automation innovations, and foster enterprise collaboration with Medical, Commercial, and Global teams. Manage resources, budgets, and talent development to build a high-performing team supporting launches, data readouts, and key milestones. Requirements: advanced degree in PharmD, PhD, or MD; 8+ years in pharmaceutical/scientific communications, including enterprise leadership and regulatory expertise; proven experience in medical information, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration; strong project management, communication, and strategic planning skills. Preferred: digital communications experience, modular content platforms, and franchise narrative development. High-Value: focus on medical content strategy, promotional review, medical information, and digital transformation within a biopharma setting. Location: hybrid Wilmington, DE; 3 days onsite per week.
