US Oncology Pricing & Contracting Strategy Manager

Responsibilities:
- Help develop, deploy, optimize, and monitor GSK’s key account strategy across payors, PBMs, IDNs, IHS, large group practices, and ancillary care providers.
- Support list pricing research/strategy for pipeline, launch, and in-line brands.
- Monitor contract performance and inform on business/competitive actions driven by market trends.
- Produce monthly/quarterly WAC price market summaries.
- Support ASP reimbursement trend management and ASP forecasting (as relevant).
- Partner with stakeholders to execute contract strategy and ensure alignment with brand marketing/brand market access.
- Support annual business planning for pricing, contracting guidelines, and contract operations.
- Develop business cases for contract review/approval with legal, brand marketing, market access, and finance.
- Conduct environmental/legislative assessments and coordinate analytic projects to inform brand strategy.

Basic qualifications:
- BS/BA; 5+ years relevant pharmaceutical experience (Market Access, Pricing, Contract Analytics, Brand Marketing, Market Research, Finance, etc.).
- Location: Durham, NC or Philadelphia, PA.
- Travel: up to 5%.

Preferred qualifications:
- MBA.
- Strong written/verbal/presentation and influencing skills in matrixed organizations.
- Trusted partner/teamwork skills; learning agility.
- Ability to manage multiple complex analytic projects with shifting priorities.
- US market access understanding (PBMs, health plans, providers, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, ASP/mandated pricing, data analytics).
- Experience in payer/contracting strategy/account management and payer/provider/legislative landscape.
- Specialty trade channel and reimbursement strategy understanding; corporate finance fundamentals.
- Therapeutic area experience (Anti-infective, Respiratory, Specialty, Oncology) preferred.
