Role Summary

Role leading the US launch of Mevrometostat for Pfizer Oncology. Responsible for launch readiness and market introduction by directing the Mevrometostat US launch asset team and overseeing US go-to-market strategy, HCP programs, and cross-functional collaboration with Global Marketing and US partners. Requires launch experience, strategic and analytical thinking, creativity, strong decision-making, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute the US go-to-market strategy and implementation plan in close collaboration with US Cross-Functional Team and Global Marketing.
  • Lead the development of all US launch readiness frameworks defined by launch excellence.
  • Develop KPIs for key tactics that will drive launch performance and optimization.
  • Lead US marketing efforts in development of best-in-class HCP strategies, messaging, and tactics that position Mevrometostat to win in a competitive market.
  • Lead annual Operating Plan and LRF.
  • Lead development and execution of US External Stakeholder Engagement, Congress, & Peer-to-Peer (P2P) strategy and implementation plan.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and develop communications and action plans as needed.
  • Manage various US vendor relationships, work processes, and expenses to meet business objectives.
  • Provide oversight of Mevrometostat Review Committee.
  • Conduct all activities and make decisions in accordance with Company policies, Pfizer values & global regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Required: Breadth of diverse leadership experiences; ability to influence, collaborate, coach others, and drive meaningful business impact.
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience (or Master’s with 7+ years; PhD/PharmD with 5+ years).
  • Required: 2+ years of Oncology HCP Marketing experience.
  • Required: Demonstrated success developing and executing complex marketing programs, specifically leading a US launch.
  • Required: Proven track record of building and leading high-functioning teams to drive business performance.
  • Required: Solid business acumen and communication/negotiation skills for diverse audiences, including senior management.
  • Required: Strong analytical skills; ability to synthesize complex information and distill critical customer insights.
  • Required: Ability to translate strategy and analysis into tactical, executable plans to drive brand performance.
  • Required: Experience with product positioning and branding.
  • Required: Ability to manage multiple complex projects with deadlines; experience forecasting and leading annual strategic plans.
  • Required: High-energy, proactive self-starter with autonomy and initiative to innovate;Pfizer Values aligned.
  • Preferred: Prior US Launch experience.
  • Preferred: Prior US Oncology marketing experience.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Prostate or GU Cancer.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (Master’s/PhD/PharmD) preferred or as applicable per qualifications.

Additional Requirements

  • Non-standard Work Schedule, Travel Or Environment: Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed for congresses, sales meetings and customer interactions.
