Main Responsibilities
- Lead US HEOR strategy and execution for Immunology and Neurology Therapeutic Areas to generate, translate, and disseminate decision-relevant evidence impacting US access.
- Drive measurable business impact via strategic US HEVA initiatives aligned to US commercial and market access objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive US HEVA strategies aligned with Global HEVA strategy; partner with commercial teams to translate insights into business actions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the US Immunology and Neurology HEVA team; drive change and process improvements; represent HEVA with franchise leadership teams.
- Oversee health economics and outcomes research design, execution, publication, and dissemination; develop real-world evidence strategies for product lifecycle management.
- Manage US launch strategy and evidence generation planning (including IEGPs); lead compliant HEOR dissemination and proactive/promotional use (e.g., HCEI/PIE consistent with FDA label).
- Build cross-functional and external partnerships (payers, HTA bodies, academia); represent Sanofi at conferences and engage with evidence bodies (e.g., ICER, PDAB, IRA).

Requirements
- 10+ years in health economics, outcomes research, or related field.
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
- Expertise in health economic modeling, real-world evidence, and outcomes research; deep US payer/policy knowledge.
- Track record supporting market access/reimbursement using HEVA evidence and influencing high-level decisions.
- Strong US evidence dissemination knowledge (HCEI/PIE, reactive/proactive, CFL, AMCP dossiers).
- Exceptional leadership, change management, and cross-functional influence.
- Extensive Immunology or Neurology therapeutic area experience.
- Strong English communication; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations.
