Main Responsibilities
- Lead US HEVA strategy and execution for Dupixent across indications, ensuring generation, translation, and dissemination of high-quality, decision-relevant evidence to impact US access.
- Drive measurable business impact via strategic US HEVA initiatives aligned with US commercial objectives and market access goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive US HEVA strategies aligned with Global HEVA strategy; partner with commercial teams to translate HEVA insights into business strategy.
- Provide exceptional leadership to the US Dupixent HEVA team; mentor/develop team members; drive process improvements; represent HEVA with the US Dupixent Franchise Leadership Team.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support pricing/access decisions with robust evidence (including real-world evidence); align with Global HEVA and coordinate evidence generation/modelling/synthesis.
- Deliver senior leadership presentations; communicate complex health economics and strategic recommendations; influence business decisions with data-driven HEVA insights.
- Oversee design, execution, publication, and dissemination of health economics and outcomes research; develop real-world evidence strategies for lifecycle management; ensure scientific rigor and regulatory compliance.
- Provide HEVA input into Integrated Evidence Generation Plans (IEGPs); lead compliant HEOR dissemination and proactive/promotional use with US stakeholders (e.g., HCEI, PIE).
- Build external partnerships (payers, HTA bodies, academia); represent Sanofi at conferences; engage with evidence bodies (e.g., ICER, PDAB, IRA); participate in HEOR societies.
About You (Qualifications)
- 10+ years in health economics, outcomes research, or related field.
- Required: Advanced degree (PhD/PharmD/Masters or equivalent) in health economics/epidemiology/public health/economics or related.
- Expertise in health economic modeling, real-world evidence, outcomes research methods; US healthcare/payer dynamics/policy; translating evidence into strategic impact.
- Track record supporting market access/reimbursement using HEVA evidence; strong US evidence dissemination (HCEI/PIE, reactive/proactive, CFL, AMCP dossiers).
- Exceptional leadership and change management; ability to influence/collaborate across functions.
- Extensive immunology therapeutic area experience.
- Strong English written/verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations.
- 20% domestic/international travel.
