Main Responsibilities
- Lead US HEVA strategy and execution for Dupixent across indications, ensuring generation, translation, and dissemination of high-quality decision-relevant evidence to impact US access.
- Drive measurable US HEVA business impact aligned to US commercial objectives and market access goals.
- Develop and execute US HEVA strategies aligned with Global HEVA strategy; partner with commercial teams to translate HEVA insights into business strategy.
- Provide exceptional leadership, mentor team members, drive change/process improvements, and represent HEVA with US Dupixent Franchise Leadership Team.
- Build cross-functional partnerships to support pricing/access decisions with robust evidence (including real-world evidence); align with Global HEVA to coordinate evidence generation, modelling, and synthesis.
- Present complex health economics concepts to senior leadership; influence key decisions via data-driven HEVA recommendations; ensure clinical development plans enable differentiation.
- Oversee design, execution, publication, and dissemination of health economics and outcomes research; develop real-world evidence strategies.
- Ensure scientific rigor and regulatory compliance; manage US launch/evidence generation plans and provide HEVA input to Integrated Evidence Generation Plans (IEGPs).
- Lead compliant HEOR dissemination and proactive/promotional use with US stakeholders (e.g., HCEI/PIE, consistent with FDA label).
- Partner with Access Strategy and US Market Access to execute payer partnership studies and analytics.
- Engage external stakeholders (payers, HTA bodies, academics); represent Sanofi at major conferences; collaborate with KOLs/partners; engage evidence bodies (e.g., ICER, PDAB, IRA).
About You (Qualifications)
- Minimum 10 years in health economics, outcomes research, or related field.
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, Masters or equivalent) in health economics, epidemiology, public health, economics, or related field (required).
- Expertise in health economic modeling, real-world evidence generation, and outcomes research.
- Deep knowledge of US healthcare, payer dynamics, and policy; track record translating evidence into strategic impact.
- Proven experience supporting market access/reimbursement and influencing decision-making using HEVA insights.
- Strong US evidence dissemination experience (HCEI/PIE, reactive/proactive, CFL, AMCP dossiers).
- Exceptional leadership, change management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Extensive immunology experience (disease pathophysiology, treatment paradigms, market dynamics).
- Strong written/verbal English communication; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations.
- 20% domestic/international travel.
