Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and ongoing maintenance of all U.S. customer master data within the global Master Data Management (MDM) system and SAP, ensuring accuracy for financial transactions, product shipment, pricing, and sales compensation.
- Serve as a key liaison between internal teams (Account Services, Credit, Sales, Accounting, Tax, Distribution) and external Agents to investigate and resolve complex data, compliance, and order/invoice issues.
- Drive data integrity by researching, validating, and classifying customer records according to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements.
- Independently manage a high volume of Data Change Requests (DCRs) and projects; problem-solve and pivot between tasks in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data stewardship, data management, or a related technical role requiring high accuracy and data entry.
- Hands-on SAP data maintenance experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Strong general computer skills and learning agility.
- Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication; professional phone etiquette.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Background in other master data domains (e.g., Material Master, Vendor Master), IT Help Desk, or Industrial Engineering.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and exercise sound judgment in a hybrid environment.
- Customer-facing experience involving technical support or troubleshooting.
