Position Summary
The Uro Oncology Business Manager’s main objective is to drive clinical conviction of Anktiva and achieve performance results within their territory.
Essential Functions
- Execute sales strategy to drive Anktiva’s treatment adoption across all clinics and prescribers who treat/manage patients with approved indicators.
- Build trusting customer relationships and provide clear educational information on efficacy results and appropriate patient identification.
- Develop and maintain disease state knowledge and product expertise.
- Analyze account performance, identify prescriber adoption barriers, and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with ImmunityBio matrix partners to identify opportunities and/or change territory tactics.
- Train relevant HCPs on Anktiva dosing, administration, and treatment expectations for all accounts.
- Use approved resources to educate and answer questions regarding reimbursement and contracting.
- Use company-approved marketing tools to manage accounts and territory.
- Plan, lead, and execute speaker programs for top providers and clinics in the territory.
- Represent product in a professional, compliant, and ethical manner.
- Complete administration, reporting, and training tasks on time.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; 6+ years in healthcare/pharma/biotech/medical device required.
- 4+ years urological oncology/urology experience required.
- Proven success in start-up biopharma/diagnostics preferred.
- Buy-and-build model comprehension preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
