Position Summary
The Uro Oncology Business Manager’s main objective is to drive clinical conviction of Anktiva and achieve performance results within their territory, focusing on treatment adoption from LUGPA clinics, academic institutions, and IDN hospitals that treat and manage early-stage bladder cancer patients.

Essential Functions
- Execute sales strategy to drive Anktiva treatment adoption across clinics and prescribers with approved indicators.
- Build trusting customer relationships and provide educational information on efficacy and patient identification.
- Maintain disease state knowledge and product expertise to support the value proposition.
- Analyze account performance, identify prescriber adoption barriers, and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with matrix partners to identify opportunities and/or change territory tactics.
- Train relevant HCPs on Anktiva dosing, administration, and treatment expectations.
- Use approved resources to educate on reimbursement and contracting.
- Use approved marketing tools to manage accounts and the geographic territory.
- Plan, lead, and execute speaker programs for top providers and clinics.
- Represent the product professionally, compliantly, and ethically.
- Complete administration, reporting, and training tasks on time.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience (Required/Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6+ years in healthcare/pharma/biotech/medical device required.
- 4+ years urological oncology/urology experience required.
- Start-up biopharma/diagnostics experience preferred.
- Comprehension of the buy-and-build model preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.

- Discretionary bonus and equity award.
- Annual base pay range: $195,700.
- Remote role; travel overnight required; driving personal vehicle required; MVR check and automobile insurance proof required.
