Position Summary
The Uro Oncology Business Manager’s main objective is to drive clinical conviction of Anktiva and achieve performance results within their territory. The role focuses on gaining breadth and depth of treatment adoption from LUGPA clinics, academic institutions, and IDN hospitals that treat early-stage bladder cancer.
Essential Functions
- Execute sales strategy to drive Anktiva adoption across clinics and prescribers with approved indicators.
- Build trusting customer relationships; provide educational information on efficacy and patient identification.
- Develop and maintain disease state knowledge and product expertise.
- Analyze account performance; identify prescriber adoption barriers and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with matrix partners to identify opportunities and/or change territory tactics.
- Train relevant HCPs on Anktiva dosing, administration, and treatment expectations.
- Use approved resources to educate on reimbursement and contracting.
- Use approved marketing tools to manage accounts and territory.
- Plan, lead, and execute speaker programs for top providers and clinics.
- Represent product professionally, compliantly, and ethically.
- Complete administration, reporting, and training tasks on time.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6+ years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies (required).
- 4+ years urological oncology/urology experience (required).
- Valid driver’s license (required).
Preferred
- Start-up biopharma/diagnostics experience.
- Understanding of the buy and build model.

Working Environment
- Remote; travel overnight; drive personal vehicle; complete motor vehicle record checks; maintain required auto liability insurance.
