What You Will Do
- Approximately 13 weeks including project-based and experiential learning with training sessions, one-on-one mentoring, and networking events.
- Lead initiatives, strategic analysis, and business case development on cross-functional projects to support delivery of Amgen’s advanced technology assembly and packaging site in Ohio.
- Make effective recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities may include:
- Develop a project charter (objectives, stakeholders, timelines, deliverables).
- Work cross-functionally to define the problem, assess current state, develop recommendations using qualitative/quantitative analysis, and present findings (intern poster session and executive readout).
- Network with colleagues and participate in Employee Resource Groups.

Program Eligibility Requirements
- Expected completion of one year of study from an accredited college/university before the co-op.
- Continued enrollment in an accredited college/university following the co-op.
- Located in the United States for the duration of the co-op.
- Available to work full-time.
- Available to accept future full-time employment by July 2028, if offered.

Basic Qualifications
- 18 years or older.
- Full-time Bachelor’s Degree student at an accredited college/university; 3.0 minimum GPA (or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- Relevant degree areas (Engineering; Life Sciences; Chemistry; Biotechnology; Applied Math; Data Science/Data Analytics; Supply Chain/Operations; Computer Science/Info Systems/IT).
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint); VBA for Excel and SQL.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, project management, problem solving, analytical/quantitative skills; initiative, adaptability; proven campus leadership.

Pay
- Base pay range: $28.87 per hour.
