Operations
Main Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive change management plans and communication touchpoints for PSS initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day communications (drafting content, coordinating channels, ensuring consistent messaging).
- Ensure timely, relevant updates to employees, leadership, and external partners.
- Lead stakeholder engagement: facilitate meetings/workshops/feedback sessions to drive alignment.
- Develop and coordinate communication materials (presentations, emails, FAQs, talking points) with internal teams.
- Coordinate with senior leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams to ensure messaging reflects company values.
- Track communication effectiveness via surveys, feedback, engagement metrics; maintain dashboards/reporting.
- Implement and maintain change/communication KPIs; provide regular status reports and leadership updates.
- Manage tactical execution of multiple initiatives; coordinate logistics for training, town halls, roadshows, and events.
- Partner with project teams to integrate change/communication into project plans.
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree.
- 5+ yearsβ experience in change management, communications, or organizational development (pharma/healthcare preferred).
Skills/Experience
- Proven execution of communication plans and change initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder relationship-building and influence at all levels.
- Hands-on tactical communication delivery; strong project management and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent written/verbal communication for diverse audiences.
- Data/metrics use to measure effectiveness and inform decisions.
- Working knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci or similar a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/MA (Communications) or related field.
- Experience in patient support services or related pharma environment.
- Proficiency with tools (SharePoint, Teams, email platforms, survey tools).
Travel Requirements
- Up to 10% travel.
