Operations
Main Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive change management plans to support PSS change initiatives and deliver all communication touchpoints on time.
- Manage day-to-day communications: draft content, coordinate distribution channels, and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
- Provide timely, relevant information to employees, leadership, and external partners throughout the change process.
- Serve as a primary stakeholder point of contact; facilitate meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions.
- Develop clear, consistent messaging and materials (presentations, emails, FAQs, talking points) aligned to organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with senior leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams to ensure messaging reflects company values.
- Track communication effectiveness via surveys, feedback, and engagement metrics; collect/analyze feedback and recommend improvements.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for communication reach and stakeholder engagement.
- Implement and maintain KPIs; provide regular status reports, presentations, and leadership updates.
- Manage tactical execution of multiple change initiatives; ensure quality deliverables and meet deadlines.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, town halls, roadshows, and engagement events.
- Partner with project teams to integrate change management/communications into project plans.
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree.
- 5+ yearsβ experience in change management, communications, or organizational development (pharma/healthcare preferred).
Skills/Requirements
- Demonstrated experience executing communication plans and implementing change management.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder influence skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Hands-on tactical communication delivery for organizational change.
- Strong project management/coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; create clear content for diverse audiences.
- Experience using data/metrics to measure effectiveness and drive decisions.
- Working knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci or similar certification a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA, MA Communications, or related).
- Experience in patient support services or related pharma environment.
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, email, and survey tools.

- Up to 10% travel.
