Ultrasound Clinical Applications Specialist, General Imaging - San Antonio

Role: Clinical Applications Specialist - Ultrasound, responsible for delivering technical and clinical training to optimize ultrasound system use and enhance customer satisfaction across South Texas, with support in Austin and Houston as needed. Objectives include demonstrating ultrasound products during pre-sales, developing and executing outcome-based training, and acting as a clinical liaison to strengthen customer relationships and drive revenue. Responsibilities encompass coordinating training sessions, supporting product launches, participating in trade shows, managing customer relationships, and promoting hybrid education methods. Required qualifications include an associate's degree or equivalent, 3+ years of ultrasound clinical/technical experience, ARDMS certification (preferably in Abdomen or OB/Gyn, with additional specialties preferred), and proficiency with GE Healthcare Ultrasound systems. Extensive travel (up to 80-90% weekly) within the US, primarily in Texas, is mandatory. Candidates must reside in or near San Antonio. Knowledge of healthcare IT and networking is preferred. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with sales and clinical teams, supporting new product adoption, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
